We shall not be responsible or accept liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client or any other named person on the booking form, except where resulting from the negligent act/ommissions of our employees, agents, sub-agents and suppliers whilst acting within the scope of their employment contract. Any claims arising therefore shall be subject to English Law in respect of any question of liability or quantum, and all proceedings shall be within the exclusive domain of the English Courts.

We should draw your attention to the following circumstances which fall outside our direct control and we are not prepared to accept liablity.

Service, published running times and schedules are estimated only and we will not be liable for any loss (event tickets), howsoever caused, arising from any delay or failure to operate a service in accordance with the published times or timetable.

Postponement of match due to bad weather, floodlight failure, health and safety laws, mechanical breakdown of transportation will fall into the below categories.

We accept no liability whatsoever for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:

• War
• Riot
• Civil strife
• Terrorist activity
• Industrial disputes
• Natural disasters
• Fire
• Technical problems with the transport system or mechanical breakdown of a coach, train or any other transport system
• Closure of ports, airports, motorways or the road network and similar events beyond our control.

We accept no liability whatsoever regarding refunds of event tickets due to any of the above circumstances.

BEHAVIOUR

For your own enjoyment of the trip we advise against the over indulgence of alcohol, as you may be refused transportation.

WARNING: if for any reason you or any member(s) or your group are refused transportation on an organised vehicle, other means of transport will have to be found by yourselves. Soccer Express and/or it's agents will be exonerated. Soccer Express may allow Police or employ a private security agency to travel on their coaches at times.

THEY ARE THERE TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY OF SOCCER EXPRESS AND IT'S AGENTS AND FOR NO OTHER REASON.

IT IS A POLICE REQUIREMENT THAT THERE IS NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON ANY COACHES TRAVELLING TO OR FROM A SPORTS EVENT. ALL ALCOHOL FOUND ON PERSONS ON OUR VEHICLES WILL BE CONFISCATED OR CLIENTS WILL BE REFUSED TRANSPORTATION.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A £1,000 FINE FOR BREAKING THE ABOVE CONDITIONS REGARDING ALCOHOL ON COACHES.

INTERNATIONAL EXCURSIONS

The following additional terms apply for any excursion which travels outside the United Kingdom.

A valid passport is required for any international excursion. This includes tours to the European Union and Soccer Express are not responsible for the refusal to allow passage of any member of your party who do not have a passport.
Soccer Express require a photocopy of your passport and/or your passport number to comply with UK and European Police regulations regarding supporters travelling abroad. This information may be passed to the National Inteligence Unit. Soccer Express will work with the police or any other security services to protect the safety of our passengers and property.
A refundable security bond is also required.

If you are found with alcohol on board any excursion it will be confiscated.
You may also be refused travel and you can be fined upto £1000.
